Thank you so much for taking the time to update your review and for upgrading your rating to 4 stars. We truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding both your delivery experience and the furniture itself. First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize that the complimentary white-glove assembly service was not provided by the delivery team as promised. While we are glad to hear that you found the Alna chair and Ardina sofa bed reasonably easy to assemble and comfortable, it was absolutely our responsibility to ensure that service was carried out to save you the effort. We have already processed the full refund of your shipping charges as promised to help make amends for the initial delivery delays. We also want to thank you for your detailed feedback regarding the Apollo coffee/dining table. The transformation from coffee table to dining table should definitely not be this difficult. Our customer service team will be reaching out to you directly via email to double-check this with you. We have taken your experience to heart, especially regarding the accuracy of our shipping estimates. Thank you again for your patience and for helping us improve. We hope you enjoy your new furniture for many years to come!
