My review is the same as everyone else on here. Unfortunately, their rating can’t go any lower than it already is, but I paid for a trifecta last year and broke my wrist, so I tried to get it transferred. They gave me a code a year later that expired in 72 hours. I missed the window for that, and they never sent another one. Good bye to my $300 that I paid for a ticket I never got to use. I paid again for the race this year and competed, but it will be my last since this is a scam in my book.

È vergognoso che ho acquistato una tripletta pass e la felpa con la maglietta in regalo che pubblicizzano non me l'hanno data né a Gubbio né a Cesenatico quando mi avevano detto che l'avrei trovata al primo evento disponibile ho scritto a Spartan Italia e mi ha detto di scrivere a Sparta in Europa Sparta in Europa mi dice di scrivere Sparta in Italia oggi a Cesenatico mi hanno detto che probabilmente me le spediranno dall'America. Deludente e dire poco ma questo è l'ultimo anno che farò le Spartan è una questione di principio

Last time I couldn’t race because my daughters communion landed on same Day after I booked. They gave me a rebate to book Another race but never could make it since I broke my leg. Was recovering this last year and made it a goal to accomplish one of these so I booked a race. Unfortunately having a set back and doctor ordered me to not do it to heal properly. They still won’t give me A refund and make it impossible to switch to another race . Don’t even know if I’ll ever be able to compete again and they won’t send my Money back. Absolute trash . I’d rather run in a neighborhood 5k that raises money for a good cause instead of corporate greed.

PAY ATTENTION TO EXTRA FEES!!! Signed up for some races and ended up paying a minimum of $45 for extra fees up to $106 of extra fees depend on the race. This race is already ridiculously expensive so just be ready to add at least another $45 if not more on top of the advertised price.

21€ Gebühr pro Ticket wenn man SELBST das Ticket möglichst umständlich auf eine günstigere Variante umbuchen möchte - und Ersattung der differenz bzw. anrechnung der Gebühr gibt es nicht!! Frech - Geld über alles! Never again thx

As with all the other reviews for this company, their customer service is non-existent and they simply don't respect the terms of the tickets they sell! I was supposed to run a race with a group of friends and one of us got injured beforehand. In theory, we should be able to at least participate in a future race for free, but they have simply ignored all our emails.

Just absolutely brutal customer service from start to finish. They care so much more about making a few dollars off of you than providing an actual enjoyable experience.

I had an old injury come up in my right knee and paid 250$ for a ticket to have insurance in case this happened. I had contacted these people WEEKS Prior to the race on 12/7/2024 to be issued a refund !! THERE HAS BEEN NO REFUND ISSUED FOR THIS. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! SPARTAN RACES ARE SCAMS.
