Deni and Brian are awesome. In my search about syndications, I found out about the co investing club on a Bigger Pockets forum. There wasn’t much reviews on the club so I asked Brian for a trial. I was glad I participated the beginning of 2023 and so far did 2 deals with the group. What I like about the group: 1. The minimum investment ($5k) is less than the usual $25-50k deals. 2. Responsive to my questions. 3. Different deals are brought to the table for diversification. 4. The group has beginners to seasoned investors to vouch each deals.

The Co-investing Club is a great opportunity to invest in commercial real estate opportunities as a limited partner that would typically otherwise required mid-5-figure commitments, minimum. Brian and Deni provide a great platform for you to make empowered investment decisions.

I came across SparkRental just coincidentally more than a year ago, and decided to sign up for one of the webinars. I’ve learned a lot from Brian and Deni and the guests they have on. The support that is provided by them is phenomenal, and I hope to continue learning and investing through various opportunities with them.

When renting or leasing out property the biggest challenge is getting the agreements and background checks done. But with Spark Plus, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. They have some extremely useful resources that helped answer most of our questions. For new real estate investors who have very little experience, Spark Rental can be a treasure trove of knowledge. Highly recommended!

I have learned so much from Brian and Deni of Spark Rental. Love their articles, webinars and podcast. Just started using the landlord app and so far I love what I am seeing. I cannot wait for the maintenance feature to launch.

I am an absolute fan of all things Spark Rental. l wish I had more time to dedicate learning more.. My day job leaves little time for education. I can always count in Spark Rental with their brief weekly Tuesday afternoon Facebook Live Sessions to elaborate on a known topic or to introduce me to a completely new one wrt Real Estate Investing.

Great resources/tools (some free, some paid). Very helpful for real estate investors and landlords. Tons of useful free content on their site and podcast.

Spark Rental has given us the information and resources to learn how to invest and be the best landlord, and their app is very easy! I highly recommend!
