I bought a valentines gift which was promised to arrive before valentine's day to my location. I even added 2$ insurance. Not only did it not arrive, support blamed me initially, then just kept saying it will arrive and refusing to refund. 5 weeks after valentines I am now in process to cancel the deal via the credit company. Highly not recommended!

This is hands down the worst customer experience i have recieved shopping online. Failed to deliver before valentines even due to guarantees on the website at purchase. I followed up 5 times about tracking, no delivery was made. They say they had refunded me the order for breaking the delivery promise, oh ok well at least that was something I thought. no no.. then they also requested the delivery company to not deliver the product, they took it back and 10 emails later they said we will give you a gift card to so you can buy again. When asked about this they said "Sorry our manager said we cannot you have already received a refund" moral of the story = Horrible support, now 1 month after valentines still no product, a lot of wasted time and almost 40 emails sent with them asking me to take down my review in every single email even though they actually never once helped me with anything..

Package arrived and there was a minor fault with my item. Customer service was great and they sent me a replacement asap
