Sizing can be a bit tricky since kids come in so many different shapes, and sizes! When ordering, be sure to check our size chart, which gives accurate measurements for all the dimensions of our products to ensure a good fit! I have reviewed your case, and it appears you reached out via multiple support channels! Our team hasn't gotten to your email, yet, but I found your conversation with our live chat specialist, Julie, but looks like you may have left the chat before getting her final response! I am pasting her response below: "Hi Ashley, I am happy to create that return approval for you. You should see an email with the approval now. I also sent a return label as a courtesy. Normally customers are responsible for the return shipping cost but when you are a new customer we like to help while you are figuring out our sizing.
