About SparkHours
SparkHours helps California therapists in training track their hours toward licensure. Built for Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs), Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCCs), and Associate Clinical Social Workers (ASWs), it brings hour tracking and supervision paperwork into one place.Working toward a license means keeping records over years of supervised experience. Our goal is to make that paperwork easier to manage, so you can spend less time sorting through logs and more time focused on your work. With SparkHours, you can log hours across multiple sites and supervisors, organize them by category, and see checks against California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements as you save each week. Your dashboard shows countable hours and your weekly pace, along with a projected completion date based on your progress.SparkHours supports collaborative supervisor agreements, weekly logs, and Experience Verification forms, all with supervisor e-signatures. Supervisors can review and sign through a secure email link without creating an account. Weekly logs and Experience Verification forms are filled from the hours you've recorded, reducing repeated data entry and keeping your paperwork organized.SparkHours supports students from their first practicum or MSW fieldwork hours through associate licensure tracking. We also partner with schools and graduate programs to tailor practicum tracking to their specific requirements, including targets beyond BBS minimums. School partnerships offer discounted or free student access and give programs better visibility into students' progress against their requirements. Those pursuing both LMFT and LPCC licensure can track each path within the same account. You can try every feature free for 14 days, with no credit card required. Visit sparkhours.com to get started.
