Zero platform value, Don’t join this platform for they can terminated our account easily even I just excluded my releases from Spotify and Apple Music which led Spare Music put suspicious and terminated our account by saying that we violated their terms and policy which is on their mouth. In which I never see any platform like this, just not distributed to Spotify and Apple Music which they can blocked our accounts which is their preference stores, not users preferred stores. All their terms is on their mouth, not with legal paper. They live in free world, but their decision is dictatorships. Stay away From zero value platform

As outlined in our response to a previous review from this account, the termination was not based on store selection. Excluding releases from Spotify and Apple Music triggered a routine review of the account, during which we identified multiple releases flagged for copyright infringement across UGC platforms including TikTok and Facebook. Our terms and policies are publicly available and agreed to at the point of signup. Decisions of this nature are never taken lightly, but when copyright infringement is identified we are obligated to act. This is the second review left by this account following our refusal to reinstate it. As stated previously, threatening negative reviews does not change how we apply our policies, but we will always respond openly and honestly when our reputation is called into question.
I’ve temporarily removed it not because the issue is resolved, but as a gesture of goodwill while awaiting your full response and a proper resolution. r.

Scammers - they suspend and dont pay out royalties

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how worrying a suspension can feel, so we want to be very clear about how we handle these situations. We only suspend accounts when we have strong, verified reasons to do so. This includes violations of our Terms and Conditions, confirmed artificial streaming activity, or other serious issues that put the platform and our artists at risk. These decisions are never automatic and never based on a single datapoint. Every case is reviewed carefully, and we always follow the same rules that apply to every creator on Spare Music. We know this isn’t the experience you wanted, but protecting the integrity of royalties and keeping the platform safe for all artists is a responsibility we take seriously.
Firstly, I always send support messages to the support team but never get a reply. Second, my account has been closed and my balance is $19,000. There are deferred payments, but they haven't paid anything.

Worst distributor ever. They automatically pay your royalties every time you exceed a certain threshold. You can't stop or change this. This results in a payout of $0,10 ; instead of $2,16, due to transaction costs and what not. When you contact their customer service, they will send you a standard e-mail template that they are working on it. I have been their disappointed customer for years, because my label chose them; so I am bound to their terrible business. STAY AWAY!

Totally get the frustration, getting a $0.10 payout feels about as fun as stepping on a LEGO barefoot. Not ideal. 😅 Just to clear things up for anyone reading along: Spare Music doesn’t force automatic payouts. You can switch to Manual Payouts anytime (so you choose when to cash out), or you can change your Auto-Payout Threshold to whatever amount makes sense for you. Want it at $50? $100? $2.16? Up to you! We definitely don’t want fees taking a bite out of your earnings. It sounds like your account may just need a quick settings update, and we’re more than happy to help with that. Our support team isn’t made of robots, we promise 🤖✨. We’d love to take a proper look rather than send you round in circles. Drop us a message at [email protected], and we’ll get this sorted.
:( Sad, their reject me can not upload any more. And they scam your money.
