Hi Steve, We're sorry to hear that you're in the hospital. We hope you feel better soon and can resume your lessons with us. Coach Sofia loves having you in her lessons! We just wanted to clarify that all our lessons are set to auto-renew, as outlined in the terms and conditions of each subscription plan on our website. When we discussed this over email and on the phone, we explored various ways to help you make the most of your lesson credits. Our aim is always to ensure you get the most out of your subscription, and we certainly don't want your lesson credits to go unused. Please rest assured that you will be able to use your lesson credits once you’re out of the hospital and your auto-renewal is canceled. We wish you a speedy recovery and we look forward to seeing you back with us soon. -Spanish55
