My Space Touch Jupiter stopped charging after two years and it was replaced after I returned it. I really appreciate Jeanne who talked me through the process and kept me up to date on the progress. Thank you for standing behind your product! I love this device

Ms.Jeanne in customer service is amazing! We need more people like her in our world. I purchased 6 Eye Tech devices for gifts and I had problems with mine and checked all the devices and most of them quit after the second or third time of use. Ms. Jeanne has listened to me and responded quickly ! I sent my devices back as directed and she followed through until I received my returns! She’s fantastic! Cathy🐝

So happy with my experience. Service response was extremely prompt with email. My problem was fixed and I am highly satisfied.

Absolutely love my Jupiter! My aging skin improves with each and every use. Space Touch customer service is top-notch! My son accidentally knocked my device off the table — and broke the top piece. I contacted customer service and they provided me with a quick solution for sending my device back for repair/replacement, and kept me informed every step of the way. Great product - and company!

Customer service was great! Thank you Jeanne!

While I was having a national conference in Caesars Palace/Las Vegas, I walked in Beauty Avenue/Caesars Palace shop, upon persuasions I purchased a Space Touch product called "Jupiter Led skincare therapy light". My 1st credit card was declined(Citi bank MC), my 2nd credit card completed my purchase. When I returned to my hotel room, the Citi bank called my cell phone if I try to buy some product for xyz amount of charge, I said yes, but I don't need it's approval anymore, because the purchase was paid with my other credit card. 10 days after I returned home from Las Vegas, I received an email claimed from Citibank asking my authorization for a charge amount to what I had paid for the Jupiter light. I printed the email & replied "NO"! Then my phone rang, a woman with heavy accent asking me why I refuse to authorize the charge incurred for a merchandise I bought? I asked her how she get all my personal information and she hung up. I called Citi bank try to forward the email to prevent another fraudulent charge, the email was retracted/disappeared. I did not try my Jupiter until a couple weeks later, on my third use, the red light almost burned my cheek & my forehead, the switch light was not working. I immediately stopped and notified Space Touch next day. I can't say enough of good thing about Space Touch's customer service, especially dealing with Ms. Jeanne. She is so attentive and supportive during the whole replacement process; she made a lost soul seeing the light of human beauty and all troubles became lesser an issue! I hope everyone learn from Ms. Jeanne, that best customer service overcomes product defect, wins consumer trust and a long last relationship for good. Amy Shui
