Great quality products, with excellent customer service! Recommend to all!

Product looked not like the pictures. I sent them back over a month ago, haven’t heard anything from them since then! Spent 70€ for those items and even payed for the return package and haven’t gotten my money back ! Really really disappointed. I wouldnt recommended ordering from them!

So, I ignored the poor reviews as the products looked good. Customer service was alright, until something went wrong. I ordered 3 products, all were fine apart from one base/charger/light which looked like it had already been used and discarded as it was filthy. It also didn't work. Spoke to "Sarah Burton" who went on to tell me how to turn it on and off and was I using it properly etc.. No Sarah, I don't know how to turn something on. Asked for a refund for broken product, not yet dealt with. Also, the products that do work are very underwhelming and look nothing like they do on the website.

The quality was pretty average but thats not the point i ordered and payed for a set of 3 bulbs and just 1 came to me absolutely unreliable

If I had read these reviews before ordering I wouldn’t have done so but I am so glad I did! I ordered part of the Aurora collection on 25th December and although I didn’t get any tracking updates, I received my order yesterday (05/01)! So delivery was very quick considering there have been bank holidays in between. The lamp itself is absolutely beautiful!! I am absolutely obsessed with it and will 100% be ordering again this month. If you’ve come to read reviews before ordering, I highly recommend you do it! You will not be disappointed ☺️

Beautiful product , much better than I expected , ordered 1 stand 2 bulbs , but so pretty just ordered another stand to display both , good quality , delivery about 2 weeks , worth the wait !

Item took a while to arrive and while it missed Xmas was worth waiting for. Had to email customer service as part of my order hadn't arrived -this was an Evri issue but was was quickly sorted by our delivery person. Customer service were amazing and really helpful. The item is now set up and it's more beautiful than it looks on the website.

Order P3108126 Delivery took roughly 7 days (germany). Customer care was quite fast as I asked for a tracking #. I actually got the package hours after. Quality is nice and assembly easy. It glows really great and the ambience is just relaxing.
