Soviet Watch StoreReviews of sovietwatchstore.com

I ordered a watch from Soviet Watch Store, and the communication was top notch. From an e-mail from the seller the moment it was dropped off to ship, to live tracking, to follow up e-mail about my satisfaction. The watch itself was in great condition and obviously expertly serviced. They even set the time and date to my time zone an ocean away, which is a testament to their dedication and professionalism. Would absolutely buy from this store again and recommend them to others.

I am very happy with the watch. It is true to its description. I appreciate that it has been looked through and has, if not had a full service at least been confirmed to be in good condition. I have been wearing it for many days now and it is keeping time very well. Very crisp new crystal and the case looks amazing as well.

Great! Very professional, fast and honest. And - the best offers, if you have something else to compare with. Replies by the owner are instant and right to the point. Bought two watches and feel happy ;)

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I got a great watch exactly as shown on the site. Government mail is a little slow, but it cleared US customs without questions or a bill. The only problem is now I have to make a tough decision on which watch I buy from them next.

Initially I was unsure about ordering from a store I found via a Facebook ad, but any concerns were unfounded. There was a delay in posting, but Vlad kept me well informed of the delay as well as updating me when the goods were dispatched. Watch was as described, with a new strap, and keeps perfect time so far. Delivery took about 3 weeks from Ukraine to Australia, packaging was comprehensive so no damage was done. Only possible negative was a lack of documentation, fortunately I already own another Vostok watch so am familiar with the process for winding and setting the date, which are a little different to a regular modern Japanese watch. Will definitely be ordering again.

Watch arrived in perfect condition and was even checked by professional before shipping. Communication with seller throughout the process was very good. Thank you very much! I will probably order something else in the future.

I ordered two watches from this store: a Zim Soviet mechanical watch and Raketa vintage mechanical watch. An issue was identified with one of the watches during a shipping inspection by the team with the watch quickly serviced before being sent. Fantastic customer service in this regard and a sign of care for their products. Both watches arrived well-packaged and both were exactly as described on the online site (if not better). Highly recommended and I'll purchase from them again!

Fast to elaborate order. Item respects web description. Vlad helped me with local (Italy) shipping problems.
