Andrew we really appreciate your positive feedback and your business. We hope you enjoy the 8.5x20 and it serves you well. If you get ready for another one we will be here waiting to assist you again. Thank you again for everything. Jeremy Williams - PRES Southern Trailer Depot
Well I love my trailer but in the first conversation I had I ask for barn doors I sent someone after the trailer I didn’t see the trailer for two weeks it had a lay down ramp door. Now that was in the quote and I missed that part. Thinking that my salesman would have put in the quote what I ask for. Other than that I am completely happy with the trailer

We try to do everything possible to avoid any mistakes because we just might unintentionally make one. This is why we ask you to please review and sign our invoice with your requested options to be sure that we are doing everything just as you want it. When you sign this and send it back to us it lets us know that we are building your unit exactly as you have requested. We are thankful that you are happy with your unit and really wish we could have somehow avoided the misunderstanding. Please let us know if we can ever assist you with anything else in the future. Thanks Again, Jeremy Williams - PRES Southern Trailer Depot
We ordered the trailer eliminating the roof vent and when we arrived it had a roof vent. The spay coating that was applied was sprayed partially on the safety chains and on the trailer plug making it very messy and sticky when hooking and unhooking. We purchased a trailer last year and everything was fine it seems like there is a lack of quality assurance of and quality check at all.

We are so sorry to hear that your trailer was not built correctly. I have personally checked and verified that Ennis did order this unit without a roof vent. The confirmation we received from the manufacturer after the order was placed specifically stated no roof vent. We do not know how or why this happened, but sincerely want to apologize for the error. The coating on the safety chains and wiring harness should have been avoided also. We truly hate that your experience was anything short of your previous experience with us and we will do all that we can to try and make this right for you. We will be reaching out to you shortly to try and find a resolution. Please consider reevaluating your rating of our company because we strive to be so much better than this. Thank you for your business and your consideration. Jeremy Williams - PRES Southern Trailer Depot

Sales experience with Jerry was very good. When I arrived after an 8 hour drive , I found the trailer not washed and with the back door not closing correctly. I paid a local company to install a new hinge and door gasket which was provided by Diamond Cargo. It would help to look over the trailer before setting up the pickup.

Jon thank you for your business and the feedback. We apologize for any trouble you may have experienced with your unit. It was a custom built unit for someone that was moved into Diamond's open inventory for one reason for another. We were unable to make it to the manufacturer to inspect it prior to your arrival and we are sorry for that. Although the unit may have sat on the yard for a while we were assured the unit would be in good condition. It was sold to you at a significantly discounted price to help you and to help Diamond move a trailer they didn't need. To show that we try to be better than a 3 star company and we highly value your opinion of us, we will offer to refund you for any expense you had to make this trailer right. Please provide us with a receipt and we will expedite payment to you. We really hope you will reconsider your rating and review of us. We strive to provide all of our customers the best experience possible and want to earn your continued business. Please let us know if we can help you with anything. Again, we are sorry for all of this. Jeremy Williams - Pres Southern Trailer Depot

Mr. Wayne, We sincerely apologize for any trouble you have experienced. I don't know that we have ever had so much wrong with one unit. We will take full responsibility for this because we represented the trailer and sold it to you. I want you to know that we will do everything possible to make this as right as we can for you. I also want you to know that all of the issues you speak of and the warranty are all products of the manufacturer. We rely on the manufacturer to build a quality product and if a problem arises to stand behind their work and do what is right. We know the manufacturer was in direct contact with you nearly a year ago to address the issues you had at that time. The last thing we knew was a local facility was contacted to fix the problem and the repair bill was approved to be funded by the manufacturer. This is what we were told at that time so we assumed all was handled as it should have been. We would never intentionally mislead you to believe a product was something that it is not because this particular manufacturer has always done a great job for us over the years. We will look into this matter to try and understand exactly what happened. We will make every effort to resolve this situation as soon as possible. Please reconsider your review of us and post this where it belongs directly on the manufacturer. We do not do business this way and we will not represent a manufacturer that doesn't do what they say and stand behind their product. Thank you for your patience while we figure this out. Jeremy Williams - PRES
Great value for the price. The communication was a little rough at the beginning but they redeemed themselves at the end. They made sure I was satisfied. Time will tell on the quality of the trailer but so far no problems. Would buy from again.
