Servizio clienti a volte latitante... Solo assistenza AI la quale chiede una email per essere ricontattati ma non arriva alcuna email. Per il resto, a volte con ritardo, funziona.

metto una stella perche è il minimo nonostante i 5 euro pagati al momento in cui scrivo la recensione sono passati 60 giorni dal pagamento e ancora mi da in stato di approvazione su tutte le piattaforme l'assistenza che offrono è solo un inutile bot ai e la mail è inutile perche non rispondono NON USARE è UNO SCAM

I was a user of Soundrop untill they scammed me out of 13,000 USD in royalties and terminated my account with no prior notice. I am taking legal action on Soundrop and I am asking you guys to not trust this distributor as they will scam and steal your royalties!

Scam Scam Scam. Don`t trust this trash. I paid for 2 cover songs and the tracks are pending approval since 18th of august 2026!. no customer support. no human communication. just a stupid ai agent trained on 3 or 4 scenarios only. I want to request a refund but of course no one will reply. they wont reply for a normal simple inquiry so it is logic they will not respond to a refund request. (group of thieves). A very bad disappointing experience.

If I could rate this bull crap an astounding 0, I so would! Trash platform.
