I truly love this product. It was used in the above ground basement and bathroom which reside directly under the kitchen and dining room. It made the respected rooms have a dead sound, but I am still hearing walking and kitchen noises. What next, who knows.

I was able to go to the main location in Chambersburg and purchase two rolls of MLV from Ryan. The process was quick and easy and their warehouse staff loaded the rolls into my car with no problem. The one warehouse guy was able to pick each roll up and gently load it into the back of Honda Fit (he made it look so easy, but those rolls are heavy). The MLV itself is great. I am in the process of installing it by myself (which is itself a challenge) but I am finding the exercise very beneficial and the results are a great improvement in noise control. Looking forward to driving out to Chambersburg again sometime in the next few weeks and purchasing my next set of rolls of MLV and soundproofing tape (I really recommend the tape, it works and is easy enough to use).

The fellow who answered my questions walked me thru the sound proof options for my marine engine. I was going to choose one product but he reco'ed another product for my purpose and why. Very helpful.

The shopping experience was fine with one exception: the shipping charges were not displayed until after my credit card was charged. I was surprised by shipping charge -- well in excess of what I would expect for UPS and the package size.

I have a band rehearsal space in my basement, and noise was escaping through a window and bothering my neighbors. After doing some research on my own where I found almost no answers, I stumbled upon Soundproof Cow. I called them, explained the problem, and they came up with a solution for me that has worked wonders- a very loud metal band now sounds like a quiet whisper outside my house! They delivered a very high quality, effective product, and the customer service was second to none! Highly recommended.
