I received the products I ordered and I'm sure they will work just fine. My experience with several members of your team, however, was unfortunately quite negative. Leading up to my order, I had a bunch of questions as I am converting a room in my apt into a recording studio and working a bit outside my sandbox. As this is a big project, I needed to call back a handful of times as questions came up that I couldn't find answers to on the soundproof cow website. Each question I asked seemed to be met with an attitude of resistance. In asking simple questions, I was made to feel as though I was annoying the customer service rep or that I was simply wasting their time. They couldn't get off the phone fast enough and kept insisting that unless I was willing to commit to actual construction, I wasn't really going to be able to accomplish much at all. I find this type of arrogance to be completely misplaced and in absolute contrast to the way soundproof cow advertises customer support on their website (i.e. "We are here to help! The fastest way to a solution is to give us a call."). This statement is not reflected in any way by the attitude of at least 4 of your team members with whom I spoke. It may also be worth mentioning that the box that my products arrived in was badly damaged and partially open. I'm sure you don't claim responsibility for the shipping company, but I thought you'd like to know.

Good day Marcus, Thank you for your feed back and we are very sorry that you feel you received sub par customer service. We, unfortunately, have no record of you speaking with any of our team members. Historically we try to be completely transparent and try to keep people from wasting their money on materials that we know would not work for their sound issue, we would rather lose a sale, than sell something that does our customers little to no good and there have been times when people get upset not understanding why we don't have the magic solution. We would love nothing more than to be able to help everyone with every issue they have, that may happen one day, unfortunately it has not yet happened. I am also sorry that your package was damaged in transit, please contact us as we can file a claim on your behalf if any material was damaged. I would be happy to discuss this further, please feel free to email me at [email protected] or call my direct line 717.262.7233 Wishing you a wonderful rest of your day, be safe, be well. Julie R . Good day Daniel, I am very sorry that you feel your experience with our company was so poor that it deserved a 1 star rating. After researching your account it does not appear as if you called and spoke with anyone about seeing if there were any options available to reduce the cost of shipping. We are pretty competitive on most of our product pricing so it is unfortunate, but we cannot control what a third party, in this case UPS charges for shipping, as we choose to be transparent and instead of blindly bundling the shipping charges into one inflated price, we chose to show all charges as a separate line item. You were shown the product price, any applicable tax, as well as, the shipping charge prior to check out. If you felt that strongly about the product price and shipping charge being too high you did not have to purchase the material. You are more than welcome to call Kellen Beaver, our Corporate Sales Manager and he can apply the 10% off coupon that was available at the time of your purchase, that you did not take advantage of as well as seeing if there were any other shipping options that could have been a lesser expensive mode of transit. His direct line is 1.717.262.7229. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we do hope to hear from you. I will also be sending this to your email on file. Wishing you a wonderful day. Be safe, be well. Julie R. H. Fitchet CEO Soundproof Cow
