I have not bought anything from them but I talked to their technical service to assess whether they had products that could help with soundproofing. They are very responsive and willing to help.

My order came quickly and was accurate. Quiet Batt was easy to stuff between the joists in my basement ceiling and I do not expect any mess from it. It's not too hard to trim with heavy household scissors. I do wish that shipping didn't double the cost, but the product is bulky.

We added the Fed Ex option to help and allow our customer to pick the lower price shipping option.
