SoundfulReviews of soundful.com

I have been a Pro member for over 1 year. But over the last month, half of their song generators are no longer working. And now it looks like they have took away my ability to download anything. But they are still taking my money. I emailed their support 3 times in the last month and they are not responding. Are they even still in business?

By far the worst music generator available, but that's not the worst part. This website is 100% a scam. Once they have your card they block your login and charge your card every year. If you fight it through the bank they charge you every month.

This is a scam and unethical. I am on the free plan, they still charged me and every time I contact them they send the same email on how to change to the free plan. Also there is no place I can find to remove my credit card. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I couldn’t agree more with all the other 2 star reviews. There is no customer service ar all. They just take your money without any warning and you can’t get it back because there is no one to contact. DON’T SUBSCRIBE. If there is a lawyer who would like to make easy money, please contact me.

Avoid like the plague, customer service inexistent, songs will be full of copyright infringements, they renew your subscription without any warning which is illegal, and also they don't do any refunds which is illegal, customer service will happily ignore you which is illegal, I don't know why this company still exist their should be a lawsuit.

Absolutely loved the final product "War & Peace in Waseca". We highly recommend Songful.ai! The song we wrote is meant to lift the spirits of our friend in chemo. What a beautiful gift we created together. Thank you!

Its a scam. You enter into one year subscription only to discover that content is limited and you own creation possibilities are very limited. No possibility to contact them for cancellation. Money lost. Contact forms not working. STAY AWAY.

I took out a year long subscription to Soundful on a deal and forgot all about it as its not any good. A year later they debit my card again without any warning for another subscription at full price. They didnt tell me I would be on an auto renewing schedule. Any attempt at contact is not responded to by support. In fact my account no longer works even though I have paid for this new year of service they have disabled my account. I do not recommend. Their product is rubbish and they use shark tactics to make money.
