Unable to unsubscribe from my Android which is ridiculous

Customer support needs serious work. I've been trying to get a simple change made (changing an artist name) for 257 days and still don't have a resolution. I've had to chase constantly and been assured multiple times it will be changed before finding out nothing has happened. Now they're saying they won't make the change until I re-subscribe and pay them more money. Incompetent vampires.

Bugged website, probably some Ind made it..it's keep me charge even when i canceled sub, please don't share your credit card with this scam project!!!!

they disconnected my favourite platform pumpyoursound.com from reposts and now can't use it, really great job..from now will don't use SC and will find alternative, anyway a lot of bugs and zero support
