Hi Kourtney Corcoran, We're very sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the necklace and bracelet chains. Our jewelry is intentionally designed with a delicate, lightweight chain to create a more elegant and refined look. However, we completely understand that this style may not be the right fit for everyone, especially if you prefer a sturdier chain or find the clasp difficult to handle. We'd really like the opportunity to help. Our support team has reached out to you several times via email regarding this concern, but we haven't yet received a response. Please kindly check your inbox (and spam/junk folder if needed) and reply to our latest message so we can review the issue in more detail and discuss available solutions. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and hope to hear from you soon so we can assist further. 🤍
