Hello Yaulande, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us. We’re glad to hear that you love the beautiful color, layered water wave cut, and texture of the back wefts on your Karla 10 Inch Salt & Pepper wig. We truly appreciate your creativity in styling the wig and finding ways to make it work for your desired look. We’re sorry to hear that the 5x5 lace front area did not meet your expectations regarding the texture, color, and wave pattern. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will share your comments with our quality team for further review and improvement. We appreciate your support and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. Best regards, Soul Lady Wigs Team
