I worked with Nina at Sophie Society and she delivered exceptional service. She was always communicating promptly and ensured I was properly setup. We were almost giving up on our Amazon FBA business due to high competition from product imitators that were driving prices significantly down on Amazon. Our profit margins were decreasing and our previous PPC manager wasn't doing as great of a job. However, I knew we had a much better quality product & brand than our competitors, and was desperately trying to figure out how to keep our business alive. I found out about Sophie Society through Instagram and decided to take their PPC challenge. I quickly learned how incredible and sophisticated their PPC strategies were and decided to hire them for our business. Our Senior PPC Strategist Julian has been AMAZING and has helped us tremendously! From our first talk with him, I could tell he was highly experienced and was very invested in our success. Working together has felt like a partnership. We discuss goals and have weekly check ins to review progress. Whenever I have PPC questions, he answers in a very timely manner and gives expert advice backed by solid data. We’ve been able to work together to figure out the best strategies to use based on our current business situation. Most importantly, he's helped successfully increase our profit margins while also decreasing our ad spend! He’s also done such a great job at increasing our organic keyword rankings. Our daily sales have increased so much and so quickly, we’ve had to figure out how to have enough product in stock to keep up with all the sales! Now we are in the scaling process of our business to sell even higher units per day. I am absolutely grateful we found this company! They’ve not only helped keep our business alive, but THRIVE in an extremely competitive marketplace! Everyone we’ve interacted with on the team have also been great. If you’re looking for experienced team of Amazon PPC managers that do an incredible job and actually care about your business like it was their business, I highly recommend Sophie Society!

We have been thoroughly impressed with the time and attention in working with Julian Kupka. This is/was a direct result of our relationship and respect for the attention and knowledge that Julian brings to our growing company. We highly recommend Sophie Society and in particular, Julian Kupka.

Working with Sophie Society has been a game-changer for my Amazon business. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive when it comes to optimizing and managing every aspect of the account. I’ve seen measurable improvements in performance since partnering with them. A special shoutout to my main contact, Julian Kupka—he’s been outstanding. Julian is always quick to respond, brings strategic insight to the table, and genuinely cares about the success of our brand. I feel like I have a true partner in Sophie Society and Julian, not just another agency. Highly recommend! filtered.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Julian Kupka at Sophie Society for a few months now and couldn’t be happier. His attitude is consistently positive, his communication is clear and fast, and his support has been invaluable as we try to scale Icy-Mojo on Amazon. We have worked with Oleg in Sophie Society for approximately 14 months and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. Very professional, detailed weekly reporting explained thoroughly in a way we understand and our product has gone from strength to strength since moving from an alternative PPC provider. Oleg has the knowledge to give your products the best possible opportunity for success.

I’ve been working with Oleg Kitashin and the Sophie Society Team for almost a year, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the partnership. Oleg doesn’t just manage campaigns — he takes a holistic approach, consistently monitoring both our individual PPC performance and overall business growth. His focus is always on long-term profitability, achieving lower TACoS while driving sustainable sales growth. What makes Oleg stand out is his commitment to go above and beyond. He’s always available, not only for campaign management but also for valuable feedback on our A+ content, videos, and overall Amazon strategy. His proactive mindset and deep understanding of Amazon have been crucial to our continued success. Sophie Society as a company provides outstanding support with their data-driven approach, creative expertise, and true professionalism. They fully understand the nuances of Amazon and have become an essential part of our growth journey. Highly recommended for anyone serious about growing their Amazon business with the right partner.
