I've had very positive experiences for the most part, but to pay for a massage, tell the therapist exactly what I want and to have her ignore me...not cool. I haven't booked one since because of this because I left my review regarding this situation and no one contacted me. I've spent well over $1000 in massages since I've downloaded the app.

Great professional massage, but unfortunately the therapist was not a RMT in BC, as advertised by Soothe, which means I couldn't claim it. Repeated attempts at contacting Soothe about this went unanswered. My therapist was great and the wxperinwc otherwise flawless, but this critical piece of false advertising means I will not use Soothe again or recommend it to others.

We cannot guarantee that an RMT will be assigned to appointments in Canada, however, we are working on recruiting more RMTs into our network. The therapists are just ok. Once in a while there is a good one.

I had a decent experience but was unable choose my massage therapist when booking again. I'd like to know who is coming to my home. A portrait would be nice. I didn't want to get one particular therapist so I won't use the service any more. If I had the choice I'd be using the service on a regular basis.

I would be more inclined to use the service if I could see a profile of the therapists along with a photo.

Usually, when we go to a masseuse, we go to someone that has good reviews and/or someone that you have read their profile. At this time, we are unaware who is going to come and their background / profile. It is popcorn style. You may get someone with more experience. You may have someone that just started .

I love my masseuse and the service that he provides. However the app needs a lot of work. I can't select a masseuse. That's annoying. Half the time it doesn't work when I open it anyway.

My first couple massages were very good -- then very average, and another that was below average - so I love the idea of Soothe, but they don't yet screen out bad therapists
