Impersonal to the max!!!! No help....don't answer phone! Online set-up is not working! On and on .......

I went to a location as a walk in. Waited over an hour to be told they only do Banner clinic orders. So they made me an appointment at another near by location. I wait, I come in on time and I am waiting again past my appointment time. I have already wasted plenty of time to get simple labs drawn. Now with an appointment they are waisting more of my time. This also after months of billing issues where they billed for service I got an EOB for that said they were paid in full. I would not recommend Sonora Quest Labs.

I have tried many times to call customer service about a bill, and hold for a very long time with no answer. They tell you 20 minutes, but it is not at all. They don't tell you your place in line, or speak any more. Just awful music. I don't even get a computer. Even when I go in to ask, there is no one the desk for the line, and several people waiting. I hope I never have to go here again. It wasn't always like this. I even read on line that there are many having the same trouble.

On Friday, 10/01/26, I made an appointment at the 5757 W. Thunderbird Road location. I arrived and checked in on the kiosk. The receptionist just sits on a chair and directs people to the kiosk. A sign would surely save a salary. I was called in a fairly timely manner, information was exchanged and blood was drawn. One of the tests was a 24 hour Urinalysis Sample. I was given the container and both written and oral instructions. The two most important were… don’t collect the sample on Saturday as we are closed on Sunday and please “drop it off” at any location within 30 minutes of completing the test. The concept of “drop it off” is lost on Sonora Quest. All the receptionist knows how to say is “use the kiosk”, you need to sign in on the kiosk, choose “drop off a sample” and then sit down and wait, and wait, and wait. Since you didn’t have an appointment, things are not in your favor. Finally a technician comes out, blurts out your name and you get to follow them to a small room. There you also get to answer questions about your sample. All the same as you were instructed, days prior. After answering “YES” to numerous questions and verifying the information on the small label the technician printed out you are free to leave. This is NOT “drop it off” this is return it and wait. Another 30 minutes of my life I won’t get back. Remember that when dealing with Sonora Quest, your time does not matter.

It took Sonora Quest 8 months to inform me that I had an outstanding bill with them and then within the next 10 days I have received 3 text messages and an e-mail telling me that I need to pay my bill. This is very close to being harassment. Very poor billing department!

Once again I am waiting for over an hour for routine lab draw. I had an 11:30 appt., and when I came in on time, there were already 20 people waiting!! This is ridiculous and disrespectful to patients. ! The only explanation is “ we’re running behind”. Wait times are over an hour. Something needs to be done about this situation. I will be contacting administration and hopefully this situation will be resolved!!

My doctor faxed my order 3 times but it never shows up online as a received order on file. I called twice both times no answer but it gave me the option to leave my information for a call back. I did request a call back and no one every responded (twice). I started going to Sonora Quest over 20 years ago and their customer service was amazing. Not any more, I might need to find another lab.

Changed password repeatedly. Finally got into the site. Live in CA. Address changed months ago. Have used CA site before. Only AZ locations came up. Customer service- only showed AZ number. Told they couldn’t help. Gave me another number. Could not help with site problems. Gave another number. They Could only make appointment. They made appt for 7/20. Again after numerous attempts to log in today- no upcoming appointments. Then repeatedly locked out. Spent Literally hours trying to make an appointment. Easily just made appt with Labcorps.
