It genuinely hurts me to write this…
It genuinely hurts me to write this review because I have done business with SonicGuard many times and regularly purchased licenses from them. Unfortunately, their service over the past six months has become extremely disappointing. Nearly every time I place an order, I have to call repeatedly and practically beg to receive my license number. Each time, I’m told that they are experiencing website issues and that the problem will be fixed, but nothing seems to change. Today was especially frustrating. I called four separate times and was hung up on each time while being transferred between different departments. No one took responsibility or made a serious effort to help me. As a repeat customer, I expected much better. My experience has left me feeling that once they receive your payment, they no longer care about providing the service or support they promised. I sincerely hope management addresses these ongoing problems.
