Hi there, thank you so much for taking the time to try SongSake and share your thoughts. We really appreciate the honest feedback. We completely understand that the process of getting your song just right can feel like a lot of effort, and that's something we're actively working to improve. Our goal is to make the experience feel personal and guided, not generic, so this kind of input is incredibly valuable to us as we continue to develop the product. We also want to make sure you know about our Happiness Guarantee. If a song doesn't land the way you hoped, we'll work with you to make it right first. And if you're still not happy, you'll receive a complete refund. Your satisfaction truly matters to us, and we never want anyone to walk away feeling like they didn't get what they were looking for. We'd love the chance to work with you directly to dial in exactly what you had in mind. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We'd be happy to make this right. Thanks again for the feedback and for giving us a shot!
