It was easy to order a neck support pillow, the descriptions were clear. And the pillow is very comfy and has helped my neck and shoulder pain.

Directly from their website "100-Night Guarantee Try any Align Pillow™ at home for 100 nights." This is a lie. They explain that they cannot accept returns for hygienic reasons if you tried their pillow.

For hygienic reasons we don't ask you to ship the pillow back, but customers remain eligible for a refund within the 100-night window. In your specific case, we processed a 90% refund on May 24, 2026 in line with this guarantee, and the pillow is yours to keep. Very easy to order, received the pillow on time. Have not had any neck pain, sleeping better.

I just wanted to let you know that the pillow has been a "game changer" (his words) for my husband. He's had neck and shoulder pain for months, and the Somnora pillow has been the one thing that has made the biggest difference to his quality of sleep and comfort. He couldn't be happier with it. So much so that we are paying for an extra suitcase on the plane so he can take it on holiday. Don't suppose you do a travel pillow?

I like the pillow, but I’m still trying to figure out the best way to sleep on it, but I can tell it’s a pretty good pillow

My Somnora pillow is both luxurious and comfortable. I have been neck pain-free for both days since beginning use of the pillow. I enjoy it while sleeping on my side as well as my back. My sleep has improved without the disruptions of adjusting my traditional pillow throughout the night seeking neck support and still waking up with pain. Thank you ! I will highly recommend this pillow to others.
