This pillow was life changing. I have tried over 20 pillows even others similar to this with no luck. This pillow keeps my neck aligned and takes the pressure off my shoulders I am a side sleeper but this pillow is so comfortable I have now also started sleeping on my back. Buy it!!!!

Hi there,
Over 20 pillows and this is the one, that’s quite the journey! Even better that it’s also opened up back sleeping for you.
Thank you for sharing, and for the enthusiastic recommendation :)
Sleep well,

The pillow has relieved the shoulder…
The pillow has relieved the shoulder pain but do get pins and needles in my arms
By Gail I.
Response from Somnora· Oct 14, 2026
Hi there,
Glad to hear the Align is helping with your shoulder pain. The pins and needles can sometimes come from arm positioning during the night, often resolved by resting the arm inside the butterfly cutout rather than tucked under the pillow or head. If it continues, feel free to reach out at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.
Sleep well,

Absolute Game Changer
OK. So the pillow is an absolute game changer. I was diagnosed with apnea and I can't remember the last time I had a full nights sleep. Sleep scores on my watch of 30 to 40 continuously.
The very night I received this pillow I scored an 82. Its stayed in the 80's since then. No neck pain or back pain. Freaking incredible.
Sorry Somnora - you lost 1 star because of less than ordinary delivery. Bad tracking. Bad info about tracking.

Hi there,
Going from sleep scores of 30-40 to 82 the very first night, that's one of the most striking turnarounds we've ever seen! Thank you for sharing something so meaningful, especially with sleep apnea in the mix.
Sorry about the tracking experience (we'll pass this on to our team), we hope the result made the wait worth it!
Sleep well,

Make sure you understabd return policy
The pillow is much too large for a person who is 5’2”.
There is no comfortable way to use this product.
And once you purchase it, the 100 night guarantee is absolutely false! Customer service will only offer you a 60% refund! This is false advertising to the max.
Don’t fall for their nonsense. The pillow is hard and you feel like your head is in a vise. Would never advise one to order this product!
Very unhappy customer!

Hi there,
We're sorry to hear the Align wasn't the right fit for you. Pillows are deeply personal, and firmness, height, and shape preferences vary greatly from one person to another. We know our pillow isn't going to be the right match for everyone, and we respect that.
Our team is reaching out to you directly to review your case and see what more we can do.
Sleep well,

The first week!
After a week or so I am beginning to feel the good effects. I have just had an afternoon nap not using he pillow and my arm pain has come back.

Just what I was hoping for
I appreciated the pre arrival note about what to expect and what the adjustment period might entail. The satisfaction guarantee if necessary. The great packaging. And most importantly, the pillow!!! The lower profile option is perfect for a petite person like myself.

Somnora is a drop shipper
Somnora is a drop shipper. The pillows come directly from China. Mine has just arrived. It feels very cheap and is not fit for purpose. I have zero doubt that the high reviews are generated entirely by Ai. I have requested a refund and can tell that every response I receive is written by Ai and the process is designed to make a return as difficult as possible. Do not buy their products. Buy from a reputable retailer instead.

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback. Since this review contains several factual inaccuracies that may mislead other customers reading this, we want to address them directly and transparently.
On the claim that Somnora is a drop shipper:
Somnora is not a drop shipper. We are a brand that develops, markets, warranties, and supports its own product line, with a dedicated customer service team, a 100-night guarantee, and ongoing product development.
Like most DTC brands in the sleep and bedding category (including Casper, Purple, and many others), our products are manufactured overseas and shipped from our international fulfillment partner to customers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other markets. This is a logistics choice, not drop shipping. As Somnora grows, expanding our fulfillment network with regional warehouses closer to our main markets (starting with the US) is part of our operational roadmap.
On the claim that our reviews are AI-generated:
All reviews on our Trustpilot profile are verified by Trustpilot itself, through their own review verification system, which checks that reviewers have had a genuine purchase experience. The reviews you see here come from real customers who received real products.
On the claim that our customer service responses are AI-generated:
Our customer support team is made up of real people who personally handle every ticket, every response, and every refund request. There is no AI responding to our customers, every email is written by a human on our team.
A quick look at our other verified Trustpilot reviews shows numerous customers specifically praising our customer service for being responsive, polite, and helpful. These are all verified reviews from real customers, so dismissing our team's work as automated is both factually incorrect and unfair to the people doing it.
On the claim that our return process is "designed to be difficult":
Our refund process is actually very simple. It requires one short email exchange where we ask the customer the reason for the return (so we can continue improving the product), and then we proceed with the refund. No forms to fill out, no return shipping to handle, no runaround. We encourage anyone reading this to judge the process for themselves.
On your refund:
If your refund has not been processed to your satisfaction, please reach out to us again at [email protected] and we will make sure your case is resolved properly.
Sleep well,
The Somnora Team
Happy with the pillow!!
Happy with the pillow I ordered so far! It supports my head and neck while side or back sleeping and I haven’t woken up with neck pain or headaches for two weeks since getting it!
