Never delivered

Took way too long to deliver a gift. Not flexible in any way. Didn’t provide updates, expected ETA. Seems like they are a “middle man” with no real local management of orders. Very disappointed.

Never provided proof of delivery and my Boss never received the Christmas present! Will never use this company again!

It took over 2 weeks for the wine to ship. This was a birthday gift and got there way past their day. I had to chat someone to investigate and they said ‘this never happens’ & that someone would follow up with me and reach out. I never got an email that the order was delivered, I had to ask the person which was embarrassing to not know. Many issues with the service and that no one followed up.
