I have requested Solvusoft support to solve a problem caused by a virus. Although the tool has not been able to solve my problem, Alex, through chat, has helped me enormously. He has indicated at all times how I should proceed and has tried to understand and solve my problem. When I can not solve it, I have canceled the subscription and returned the money from the license
