We had a solid experience with Peter Zimmerman at Solomon. We started early and were skeptical initially, but it all came together in the junior year. If this is your first time going through a college app process, we highly recommend this - Peter coached us, pushed us, helped us overcome hiccups, kept us honest and at the end of day helped our son get into schools with his desired major that he wouldn't have otherwise. We were very satisfied with the whole process. Well worth the money invested.

The personality match between Daniela and my daughter S is perfect. Daniela has given us advice via emails and video calls as we prep for high school. My daughter has begun the work prior to high school that will set her apart from her peers by senior year. There is so much I would not have known about making her a competitive applicant in today’s university pool; we feel so much more confident about the process ahead.

Great insight; I improved my application drastically with the help of my consultant, Anoi. Aiming for T20 schools, and it looks like I have a surefire chance of hitting that mark.

I really like how Daniela sets deadlines for me and helps me understand and give a clear outline for my essays, she is very detailed and thorough and I feel confident in the future for college when I work with her

We did have a pretty good experience working w Maura Connors as our counselor for 2 year. My son got into his dream school UCLA, and WashU, but got rejected by CMU. Maura was very patience working with my son even though he did not follow all of her advices. To be honest, it seems like you would need at least 3 years with Solomon to fully execute their strategy. Also they seem to gear more for students aiming for the Ivy League. Be warned that when you are not in your senior year, correspondences with counselors will be weeks slower. The essays drafting portion was phenomenal. My son was so organized with his college applications and I appreciate how Maura got him to work harder and more methodical. While the service cost with Solomon was on the high side compared to my local college counselors, I felt it was worth it since I was no longer the 'bad cop'.

Working with Will was one of the best decisions I made during my college transfer process. As someone who was originally rejected from Duke and Northwestern during my senior year of high school, I was incredibly excited—and honestly a bit shocked—to be accepted to both schools (as well as Vanderbilt) as a transfer student. I truly believe I wouldn’t have achieved this without his support. What stood out to me the most was how strategic he was. He helped me make the most of the activities and experiences I already had, showing me how to frame them in a stronger and more focused way. He also offered valuable advice on which classes to take during my freshman year at college and which extracurriculars would help my application stand out. His guidance with essay writing was especially helpful. He pushed me to write with more clarity, and ensure that each essay stuck to the main theme of my application. Throughout the entire process, he was so kind, thoughtful, and easy to work with. I’m extremely grateful for all of his help. If you're considering transferring and want expert guidance, I highly recommend working with him.

Maura was great! She was very helpful in assisting me in crafting a list of cohesive extracurriculars. Because of her, I was better able to understand what admission officers want from students and what they are looking for in essays. Maura was very helpful and provided expert advice for my more niche major, which I was very grateful for because I wasn't applying for STEM like many of my peers. Thanks to Maura, I was able to get into UCLA!

I don't know much about the other consultants, but Wesley Rosamilia was really helpful. He was very responsive with emails, regularly checked in, and gave great insight into my college admissions process and helped a lot with my essays. I only started working with him around my junior year since the other consultant I had was pretty shitty. She didn't do anything and quit and pretty much wasted my first two and half years worth of time and money, so I would suggest to switch consultants if the one you have isn't responsive or responsible. I got into some really good schools like UPenn, Cornell, Georgia Tech, UCLA, and UNC Chapel Hill and will attend UPenn in the fall. Go Quakers!!!
