Lauren is literally the best. The only reason I come back to Solid Merch is because I trust her. She takes her time, knowing how important the details are for each individual client.

In this moment, where vinyl orders are backed up for months, somehow mine came in 6 weeks early — and the quality is flawless. And the cost per piece is still something I can make work.

The site was easy to use. I misunderstood bits, but customer service was incredibly helpful. Everything was processed very quickly and I received my records in 4 weeks! Now this was just my personal case but I had been advised by friends about 7 month wait times so I was unprepared for such a quick turnaround. The records came in above average quality the sleeve material seemed a little brittle in places (*edit this was actually just one record so it may have been an anomaly) but I was overall happy with the quality for the price. I would definitely use Solid-Merch if I decided to re-order or start a new project.
