Tracking #786963315130 a concern. Package has been somewhere in Memphis Tennessee since Oct. 26th. Original delivery date to Midhurst, Ontario Canada was December 1st. They cannot find the package. I spoke with an agent at FedEx on Thursday, Dec. 7th and they specified that Solentro was to email them with a picture of the package and description of the contents, (3 photo books). I relayed that info to info@Solentro that same day and I have heard nothing back. I resent the FedEx request particulars again yesterday and still have not heard back. Please assist to bring this delivery challenge to a close. Angie DeMarco

We are of course very sorry for the inconvenience and we do apologise on behalf of FedEx, we know they have a lot to do these coming weeks before Christmas. Best regards/Hampus - Customer Service
I reached out, as soon as I made the order, to fix my address. Someone contact me from their team, before shipping, to let me know that they requested the change. Apparently it did not went through. One month later, with a lot of emails from both parties; the shipment went back and I still haven’t gotten my package.

I have yet to receive my order. As far as I can tell this is a problem with the shipping company trusted to deliver my books but so far I have not gotten any answers from the shipper or Solentro as to whether or not I will ever get what I paid quite a bit to have printed. I was waiting to write a review, hoping, but so far I can get no answers so here is my review: I got nothing.

I have tried to communicate with this website and NOT one response to try to purchase a gift certificate for a Christmas present. There is no option to be able to do this on the site itself. Very pathetic!! I don't recommend this business!

Book was lost for weeks with no resolution. Missed gift opportunity for an important occasion with plenty of time planned up front for delivery.

Response from Solentro - make your own photo book or poster· Feb 2, 2022
Dear Jeanne, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry but we haven't received any emails from someone by your name as far as I can see. Are you emailing us from a work email? If so, please try from a personal account. I've checked our spam as well and unfortunately I can't find any emails from you. If you are using our invitation service, try to invite yourself and then you can use that invitation and forward it from your own email to as many recipients as you want at the same time. Note: I recommend using a private computer since many work computers have restrictions in their firewall preventing some emails. Good luck! My best/Hampus - Customer Service
Crap, I have emailed them about 5 times and ZERO reaction. They only emailed me about money (where it is). Still waiting on my order. Placed my order Januari 1, 2022. Don't expect it to arrive anymore, because of this crappy kind of customer care.
