I didn’t get much help from anyone at Sold.com.

We are glad you were able to find success without needing to call upon your dedicated sold.com rep. Keep in mind, we are always here to help you if you do need it.
Sometimes I feel the agent handling the inquiry about SOLD.com services hasn't fully vetted the client. I've been to about 4 appointments that the person I went to see thought I was there as an investor to "write them a check" and buy their property. Sometimes I feel the client is given "too long" to have us come out to their house and by then, the client has changed their mind or has told so many "friends" that they are going to talk to someone about selling their house and it gets "SOLD" before we get out to them.

Congrats on your recent sale, Tommy. We appreciate the feedback. We don't always get it perfect but we are constantly trying to improve. Please note, we set up appointments with consumers at the timeline that works for them, which sometimes is a few days out.
I hate that I have missed a few even when I tried to immediately click them! But ive gotten a few sales!

Aubrey - We are glad you are liking the opportunities to connect with our home buyers and home sellers...and you have had multiple sales! That is great! Sorry to hear you have missed a few opportunities, when we narrow down the population of top agents in an area and offer them an opportunity, time is of the essence so just keeping trying to claim ASAP. Looking forward to helping you connect with and help more buyers and sellers.
