Impossible to cancel the service. Been bounced back and forth for days. Terrible customer service

Horrible customer service and without any notice switched all licensing to subscription. Webheldesk is a garbage product they won't fix.

Awful awful awful. Avoid at all costs. Support requests take over a month to NOT be resolved and customer uptime and stability is not valued. We never had issues at Papertrail but SolarWinds handled the migration to their systems terribly and have been incapable of providing us with any level of support we would expect since.

I've tried canceling my subscription. I email them. They still keep charging me for something I stopped using months ago.

Just the most absolute trash company that has ever existed. Try to contact them about email to cancel billing because the bungled the migration from Papertrail and left my account in an unusable state, and they just don't reply. Nearly a scam, I'm sure they're billing people who aren't able to cancel, and are just stuck. Predatory companies like this should be shut down.

Not good, we have solution for remote access and it works but you can measure response in minutes.If you favor age of dialed connection, this company is for you, absolute fosil.
