Reconnecting IPhone app
I have a Sol-Ark 15 K inverter and the dongle wouldn’t connect to my phone app. I am a boomer who has trouble with technology. But, Kelley Dennett was very patient and kind in working through the trouble shooting process. We determined that the dongle was too old and she sent me a new one. When it arrived, Derick walked us through the reconnection process which was made very difficult because of my lack of understanding how to navigate my IPhone. He was extremely patient and nice about staying with it until I could make it work. I have nothing but praise for both of them.
