If this were a rating about Marco from customer service, it would be a five star - ten star - review. But my experience ordering chairs from Sohnne was confounding. I ordered dining room chairs 10 months ago and never received them or the refund. Thankfully Marco resolved my issues and if I ever shop with Sohnne again, it will be because of him.

Terrible experience so far. The chair I ordered arrived quickly but the quality is just not there and communication has been very difficult. They sent me the wrong armchairs. They told me they will send me the right ones but it’s been a month and no news from them. Update: it’s been a week and still haven’t heard back from them. Update: Diego was useful and helped me get a refund

I decided to purchase a chair over another similar website/seller based on the listed speedy delivery time. ‘Processing time’ on the site said 1-3 days and delivery 3 days, however after a week with no status change, I tried to contact consumer service via email, and the chat - unsuccessfully. I looked back at the reviews to see many people complaining about the same issue. Fearing that I wouldn’t get the chair in time for the event I purchased it for, I again emailed asking to cancel my order - which was promptly replied to. Go figure. The refund was prompt…I’ve give them that. As with many other reviews, the customer service is non-existent, so be aware. Better transparency/updates on shipping status is needed when the stated timelines are not met…or change the shipping times if they are realistic.
