Listed our product here in September. The profile submission is long but sensible, and the parts that mattered were handled properly. I reported three rendering issues on the published page and all three were fixed the same day. Two category additions I asked for were reviewed and live within the stated 24 hours. One limitation worth knowing as a vendor: Starting Price is derived from your first pricing package and cannot be set independently, so if you list a free plan first that is the number buyers see. Support explained the constraint clearly rather than talking around it, which I appreciated more than a workaround. Responsive, specific answers from a named person. That is rarer than it should be.
