Purchased a ring video doorbell for…
Purchased a ring video doorbell for £109 in December never received it, emails not answered. I have now issued a claim via PayPal

Invalid Key, No Response
Key was invalid. It happens, no big deal. However, I contacted them multiple times for replacement key and never got a response. Edit: After several attempts I finally went through with Paypal refund. Seller did provide refund at that point so I did eventually get my money back.

I thought I was buying a standalone…
I purchased a version of office 365. Could not get it to install right on my pc. Contacted the seller about this, they made it right by refunding me the cost of the software.

Hi, Bob. I see that you purchased Office 2019 1PC-Bind. As detailed in the product description, you need to login with a Microsoft account so the product key gets binded. It's a pretty straightforward process. After that, you can proceed to download the installer. You don't need to stay connected to internet after your software gets activated. Office 2019 itself it's a standalone desktop-only version, not a subscription.
