Don't Let This Happen To You I purchased Microsoft Office In January 2023. I had to reformat my computer hard drive. Now I am unable to reload the Lifetime ownership of product purchased from Software Keys Hub. Microsoft does not recognize the product key given by software keys hub. I have tried relentlessly to contact Software Keys Hub all to no avail. You can only send them message via email which it appears the ignore.

Incompetent customer service. Failed to provide download key after numerous e-mail contacts. Failed to respond to cancelation of order. Telephone contact non-existent. Refers to e-mail. This company must rate themselves to get stars.

Error prompt on installation makes explicit that the authorization code is invalid because the said code has been used for registration a maximum number of times from other users. Called Microsoft and they verified this. The same code had been sent to multiple buyers from this crooked and dishonest website. I gave them the opportunity to correct the situation prior to my writing this review. I contacted them three times. They kept stalling and coming up with excuses. Finally, out of spite, associate who would not provide refund deleted my account on their website and disabled the link to my receipt.

I couldn't sign in in the beginning and later again couldn't be able to download the app since it says this is an online version, unlike what I have been informed by you

I wasted 4 days and numerous emails trying to install their Office 2021 Professional Plus, it would take 6hrs then stop with an error msg. I was told it was caused by my pc system each time.. I uninstalled it, asked Paypal for a refund and bought the same Product: Office 2021 Professional Plus from another online business for $39 and successfully installed it in 1 minute!!

This has been by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had. On October 4, 2022 I bought a second key to activate the office program. I received by mail a visa confirmation that the payment had been made and that its collection is pending. Many hours passed and Software Keys Hub still hadn't sent me the email with the key and download instructions. I sent numerous chat to the company but they never answered. The next day the person in charge told me that they had not received the payment. He also tells me that sometimes PayPal does this as a way to avoid fraud and also pointed out that I was responsible for finding out that the payment had not been registered and that they had a work schedule. It should be noted that I signed up for paypal just to make this purchase. He also points out to me that I have insulted him, in circumstances that is not true. I have not insulted, I have described the events as they occurred. I have everything recorded and documented. I pointed out that they should post their business hours to inform customers waiting in vain that their questions will not be answered beyond those hours. Next, the Software Keys Hub representative threatens me in various ways, telling me to "take your business somewhere else" and "we have the right to deny service to customers like you, therefore I am going to block you now." It is a bully and humiliating attitude against a client, which only deserves to be repudiated.
