This was my first OEM software purchase, and it went like a charm. I didn't need all the bells and whistles of Acrobat X, so bought the OEM version of Acrobat 9 at one third the price. It installed normally, was registered easily, and has been updated twice. I'm a happy camper!

I purchased a downloadable copy of MS Office 2010 Pro. I was immediately able to d/l the software after paying. The price was almost $20 less than the closest competitor.

Everything went smoothly with the purchase and download, but when I tried to activate the product I kept getting an error message that the key was invalid. The problem was quickly resolved with online support -- apparently the key was mistyped when it was sent.

The key didn't work. I bought the MS Office Pro package at night, so no one was in the office. I downloaded the software, received the key and *crunch*; the key didn't work. Aw, man! I was ready to rock and roll. I left an email with them and the next morning at opening time before I could get the follow up started, I had a replacement key that worked fine, and a note of apology just that fast! Kudos to the sales team! The bad key is the only reason for not quite getting that 5th star.

I purchased software at a very good price. At first I had trouble activating it on one of my computers, but then in a quick reply from customer service the issue was resolved.
