Software AdviceReviews of softwareadvice.com

Great suggestions for companies to work with that were perfect for small non-profits.

Very helpful. Gave an accurate recommendation based on our needs.

This company was instrumental in helping us decide on the right software to research when upgrading in our office. Very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Definitely recommend them.

Software Advice has been useful in providing qualified nonprofit leads. There are certainly times where the leads isn't a good match, or the shopper hasn't been educated on what happens after they go through Software Advice, but the reps we talk to are usually pretty responsive to this feedback.

Lead Quality could be better (about 50% we never reach) and no credit is given. Customer service is very responsive but limited as to what they will do. I am satisfied now that I have narrowed down the leads we receive.

I worked with Matt. He was very helpful in referring me to possible vendors for HR/Payroll.

I am so glad that I used Software Advice for my health insurance billing software search! I can honestly say that they suggested products that I NEVER would have found on my own, and I am 100% satisfied with the product I decided to purchase. The service provided by my Software Advice rep was phenomenal and I TRULY appreciate that there was no "hard sell." It was clear that his goal was to help me, not just get me to spend money. I am beyond grateful and encourage everyone to utilize this A+ company!

Feel as we are often charged for leads that aren't even looking and prospects tell us they were tricked. Not a fan of how you always deny our requests for refunds for NO legit reasons. We used to spend 5 times more a year than we do now because of the above.
