Towels are nice but said 6 colors only hot 5 no blue at all in all 4 packs other tgen that nice just disappointed for Christmas presents to wmbroider on

I did not receive what I ordered. When I brought it to the attention of a representative, they asked me to send them a picture of the merchandise I did receive. I sent them the picture, they apologized and agreed to re-send me the correct items. The items never came. I followed up with an email, asking for a status update. They responded by re-sending me a picture of the original (incorrect) delivery info, which frustrated me to no end. Lack of service and results. Won't be buying from this company again!

Love the face clothes. They are thick and absorbent.

The pot holders that I received had the "hoop" in the corner not on the straight edge, which makes it difficult for what I am using them for.

The only reason I gave ONE star rating is because for some reason my order was cancelled without reason except saying that I cancelled it which is incorrect. I sent an email to ask why it was cancelled but have not received a response as yet. I was looking forward in receiving the potholders that I ordered but sadly it will not be.

The towels were exactly what I was looking for, great quality, price and rapid delivery.

I purchased product for 20.00, a week later price dropped to 7.99! I tried calling the company 3 times with no results. The proper thing to do would be to credit me the difference or send me out a duplicate order at no charge! Terrible customer service!!!!
