Great software, easy to use, no problems. Thanks for continuing to make the software better over time.

Thank you for your positive feedback! It's our pleasure to continuously improve our software to meet your needs.
I was a fan of Walter Pro for transferring music to my iPhone as iTunes was problematic. But last year an update to the software meant every time you started the program it kept nagging you to buy their other software before you could proceed. Worse still, they broke the ability to copy artwork with your music. The artwork gets ignored and instead a random selection of artwork for totally different music is applied. When I contacted Support I was told this was a “known problem” and would be fixed in the next update, and to keep checking for an update. After more than 4 months there had been no update so I contacted them again. I just got told the same thing - keep checking with no date when such an update might be forthcoming, incorrect artwork makes the application useless to me, and I’m astonished that half a yer after reporting what Softorino acknowledged was a “Known problem” nothing has been resolved. How hard can it be to fix something you broke?!

Hi Ian! I'm truly sorry that we have not been able to address these issues promptly. I assure you that your feedback has been heard and we are actively working to resolve the problem. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your patience as we work towards resolving these issues.
We have all endured the faceless, ruthless and heartless side swipes of software monoliths who hide behind their corporate facades, leaving us with the distinct impression we are just a number and our concerns are a nuisance: Softorino are different. Not only are their apps reliable, innovative and exciting to use, but the team are real people who are genuinely concerned that you and I are 100% satisfied with their systems. They are simply, “Brilliant”!!!

I was persuaded to purchase your software from the advice of a friend. He thought I could learn from the experience?? Sadly , I never used your App-but you contacted me, very politely, asking why I had not responded to your alerts for non use!! I was so impressed that I purchased an upgrade-just in case I would eventually understand what new powers I have at my disposal? Thanks for being so concerned!!

Been using the product for some time. I just did an upgrade and bought a couple other products, the products are simply great. Waltr, I can't live without it. Ringg, ok, that is just for fun, but it is fun. Thanks Softorino.

Used the 24-hour trial of WALTR-2. Purchased the universal license so I can use WALTR-pro. Purchase and download were as easy to use as the product itself. In less than 8 hours I had copied from audio CDs, and then loaded approximately 2000 songs, to my wife's i-phone. Quick, simple, effective.
