Doesn't work

I initially wrote a bad review of social champs. But what impressed me is not only did they respond to my review, within days, they made changes to their platform so that now when scheduling posts to FB groups, it will automatically find the group in question, whereas it didn't before. This was the first company to make tech changes to their business based on a review. Very impressive. OLD REVIEW BELOW: I signed up for the free trial so that I could mass post and schedule to groups that I am a member of which it says it can do. Doesn't work at all even though I have my Facebook group page open it simply doesn't connect to the right group. Even if I physically go to the Facebook group that I want to post on and have the group open in the Facebook app ready to go, it still does not connect. Complete waste of time and I won't be using this again. EDIT: I think there may be some misunderstanding about the issue I experienced. My concern was not simply about connecting Facebook Groups or a setup issue. I understand that Meta has restrictions around third-party tools and that direct publishing to Groups is not possible. The problem was with the reminder-based workflow after scheduling a post. The content I had already created, including the text and images, was not transferred across, and the app did not locate the groups I had added. This meant I still had to recreate the post and manually search for the group each time. I tested another platform, Buffer, which has the same limitation around direct posting to Facebook Groups, but it was still able to copy across the post content and make the manual process much smoother. This was the main reason for my review. I appreciate your support, but my feedback relates to the user experience of the scheduling process rather than the initial group connection.

New Reply: Thank you so much for taking the time to update your review! Hearing this truly made our team's day. We pride ourselves on being a customer-driven company, and honest feedback like yours is exactly what helps us build a better platform for everyone. We're so glad the updated Facebook Group workflow is making your scheduling seamless now. Thank you for giving us another shot! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Previous Reply: Thank you for sharing your experience. I understand the frustration—connecting Facebook Groups can definitely feel confusing the first time! The issue you ran into is due to Meta's security requirements, not a glitch in Social Champ. Meta does not allow tools to connect to a group just because the tab is open. To use mass scheduling, you must be a Group Admin and explicitly add the "Social Champ" app under your Facebook Group's internal settings to allow the connection. We have sent you an email with the exact steps to get this working. We’d love to help you get connected properly so you can see the real value of the platform!
