Hi, We're sincerely sorry for your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with an upcoming move overseas. During the World Cup, we experienced an unprecedented surge in orders that far exceeded our normal volume. If your jersey was customized with a name or number, those orders typically require around four weeks to complete before shipping, and the World Cup demand unfortunately extended processing times even further. While this provides some context, we understand it doesn't excuse the delay or the lack of communication you experienced. We also apologize that you weren't able to reach our support team when you needed assistance. We know how important timely communication is, especially when an order is time sensitive. We'd appreciate the opportunity to review your order and do everything we can to help. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and a member of our team will personally review your case as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and your feedback. We're actively improving our processes to provide faster turnaround times and better communication moving forward.

We understand how frustrating it is to be left waiting without clear updates, and that's something we're actively working to improve. We'd appreciate the opportunity to review your order and provide you with an update.
