I was debating about two different tub models. The representative spent time talking with me to see what was important to me. He then recommended the model that he thought would be best for me. I was still hesitant because there was not a local store that I could actually see the tub and sit in it. He told me I could send it back if I was not happy with my selection. His confidence was heart warming...and he was Absolutely Correct! I have now bought 2 of the same tub. I Love them!

Very responsive with information. Order arrived within 4 days of purchase. So far, we have not installed the tub or uncrated it. Waiting on plumbers to finish final grade. Looking at at least 4-6 weeks before we install tub. At which time I will provide another update. Thank you.! Fred L Torrent.

Terrible communication and product delivery tracking information

Didn’t receive my tub when I was suppose to order was stuck with shipping company I emailed never really got emailed back then I finally got a call after leaving message I’ll give 3 stars for that but I love the tub
