SnoozyReviews of snoozysleeps.com

Would give 0 star if possible.. anyway I wonder how long it will take for any response to my emails as I ordered a mattress and still sleeping in the floor. No communication from them. No reply to my emails. No phone number website don't work so clearly a scam. I suppose that'll be my ey down the drain and now have to find more to purchase a other mattress. Cheers guys for thr bad back!!

Purchased a bed through wowcher from this company, I have not even received a confirmation email for mt order every avenue of contact to the company is a void and absolutely no way of contacting them to cancel my order, my next step is trading standards and media to get a refund. Absolutely avoid them like the plague!!!! AWFUL!!

Company is called snoozy limited. If i could minus my experience with this so called company I would.. ordered a mattress, paid express delivery to recieve in 2 days got over 9 days later.. opened up the package to find springs with a thin layer of material covering it NO foam to protect you from these springs. Emailed them told them its not fit for purpose to be told I would have to return the mattress my self in original packaging which is impossible to do as the package was vacuum packed I would also have to pay for a courier to return this item which would cost more than the mattress is worth no contact numbers to complain to only a mobile number which never gets answered. How this company is allowed to continue trading is beyond me. Absolutely disgusted with them from start to finish. DO NOT OTDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY.

I ORDED 80, AND ONLY GOT 40. I CHECKED THE RECEIPT MULTIPLE TIMES AND THE PACKAGE THEY CAME IN AND I ONLY HAD TWO BAGS OF TWENTY. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN

Scam. They never sent a pillowcase, for which they did at least reverse my charge, but they signed me up for a recurring monthly subscription without warning. Who is buying a pillowcase every month? This is just an excuse to get your card information and hope you don't look at your statements.

Awful quality and the company is a scam.

I ordered pillowcases before Christmas to use as gifts but did not receive them until the second week of February. The company did not communicate well. The pillowcases are of horrible quality - I could’ve made them myself! They do not have tags or labels anywhere on them so I do not even know what fabric they are truly made of, but they’re definitely NOT as described on their fancy website. In addition - the company has charged me $76.54 twice (January and April) and credited me the same amount twice (February 3 and 4) which is highly confusing and concerning, especially considering the promo I bought cost $19 and I was also charged that. I requsted to cancel my order when it was delayed but was told I could not do that. I’m afraid they are going to randomly charge my card again. DO NOT FALL FOR THE FANCY WEBSITE - IT’S A SCAM!!!

Never received item. Ordered in January and it’s now April. I contacted customer service, the first time they responded to wait another month (after 4/5 weeks already waited). contacted two more times and never got a response and occasionally get emails saying that I have some subscription that payment is coming out for as well as “ Your order is on the way“. Scam/Fraud. Beware.
