Hi Samantha, From our experience, on rare occasions, particular vehicles have a very slick surface/oil from the factory which doesn’t help the mounts to stick. Unfortunately, these factors are out of our control. We'd love to send you some extra mounts and further instructions on how to prepare the surface for the 3M VHB tape, which is designed to be super sticky for years of travel without damaging your trim. Hi Gabby, sorry to make you feel this way. We do guarantee fit and the criteria for a prepaid return label was to be giving the opportunity for our team to help you with your fitment. We offer video services for installation. Unfortunately, you didn't accept our assistance thus you were responsible for the return. We offer free returns where we identify there is a sizing issue from manufacturing and when we are no longer able to help you with your installation.
