Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that Snappyit hasn’t delivered the value you were looking for. You’re right that tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude can be very powerful for general image generation, and for some basic mockup needs, free tools like Printify may be a better fit. Snappyit is built specifically for ecommerce product photography workflows, but we know we still have a lot to improve in terms of flexibility, quality, and value. Your feedback is genuinely helpful, and we appreciate you giving Snappyit a try. Thank you again for giving Snappyit a try and for taking the time to share your experience.

Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry that you had trouble accessing your free credits and understand how frustrating that must have been. Free credits are indeed available for new users, so this appears to be an issue with your account setup rather than the intended experience. Could you please reach out to us at [email protected] with the email address you used to sign up? Our team will be happy to look into it and help resolve the issue. We’ll also make sure any missing credits are added back to your account so you can try Snappyit as expected. Thank you for giving us the chance to fix this — we really appreciate your patience.

Hi there, thank you for the kind words about the results — and we're so sorry for the frustration. We checked our inbox and genuinely can't find your emails — we think they got caught in a spam filter on our side. We'll look into the missing credits and get back to you within 1 business day. Truly sorry again — we'll make this right.
