SnapMailbox was borne out of the desire to improve the virtual mailbox space giving the customers what we wanted - flexibility and reasonable pricing. We wanted to be able to access all of our mail online from anywhere in the world while using a real, private and secure street address and figured others did too.

They lost my Curology package...

Hello Ebonique, Thank you for bringing up your concern and sharing your feedback with us. I understand that you were worried about your package being lost. After checking your account, I can confirm that you have already received the package you were waiting for. It arrived at our processing facility on January 25th and is now being forwarded to you. I realize that you need the package urgently. However, our business operates in a way that we cannot provide instant access to delivered mail or packages. This is because it would cost more and go against our cost-effective service plan. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for us to receive any delivered mail or packages to any of the addresses we provide. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, there may be delays that are beyond our control. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to improve your feedback. I'm here to help.
